The Journal of Accountancy and Finance is biannually published by the Department of Accountancy Faculty of Business Studies and the Finance Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. The main objective of the Journal is to publish scientific research findings that address issues and development related to Accounting and Finance Industry particularly at both the national and international levels. Initially, Accountancy Journal has been issued for 06 volumes since July 2004. In 2014 Journal has renamed as Journal of Accountancy and Finance and it was recognized as a refereed journal and published biannually.
The Journal of Accountancy & Finance (JAF) provides a worthwhile platform for academics who are spread out within the country as well as globally to publish their novel research work in the field of Accountancy and Finance.

Submissions must be original works that have not been accepted for publication/presentation or are under review anywhere else. Authors may submit multiple papers. The full paper should not exceed 30 pages (B5 size) including references and appendices.
The full paper must contain the following sections. Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
The editorial board of the journal reserves the right to submit full papers to plagiarism detecting software or to take any other steps appropriate to identify plagiarism. The acceptable range of the Similarity Index is up to 20 percent. The full paper submissions without these specifications will be canceled without notifying the author.
The full papers are to be submitted to jaf@wyb.ac.lk. Manuscripts must be sent in MS Word (Doc/Docx) format.

Figures should be labeled with “Figure” and tables with “Table” and should be numbered sequentially, for example, Figure 1, Figure 2, and so on (refer to table 1 and figure 1). The figure numbers and titles should be placed below the figures, and the table numbers and titles should be placed on top of the tables. Table captions should be centered above. Avoid placing figures and tables before their first mention in the text.

Abbreviations and Acronyms
Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text; Like, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Do not use abbreviations in the title and abstract unless they are unavoidable.
